• Work Order Systems – Review your existing system or help you put one in place.
• Future Forecast Costs – Avoid large expenditures in the future by planning for them now. Get an approximate annual cost to run your facility.
• Preventative Maintenance – Keep your equipment running properly to extend its end of life. Poorly maintained equipment will cost you a fortune later on.
• Thermal Imaging (IR) - We will check for any obvious concerns or areas of energy waste.
• Annual Facility Routine Checkups – A relook at the Tampa facility for any changes from the previous year that may have a future impact. Includes Thermal Imaging.
   

1. For an hourly fee*, we can just simply walk your Tampa property inside and out and verbally discuss all aspects of maintaining it, OR we could put together a more specific Scope of Work (SOW) to cover all your property needs.
2. If you decide on additional Facility Management services, we will put a written proposal together outlining the scope of work, additional items we will need, timelines, and the fee’s associated with it. If needed, we can bring in specialty contractors to give a more detailed status on a specific system.
3. Once the proposal is approved, we will schedule our visit(s). 
4. We will need to consult with the most knowledgeable person that understands the building management and its history.  
5. We will need access and floor plans.
6. We will complete the scope of work according to the timeline scheduled.
7. Once we receive payment, we will provide you with your report or reports.
